Wharton Women’s Executive Leadership programme 2024

On 5 July 2024, Twenty Eight Indian Women Leaders successfully completed Wharton’s Women’s Executive Leadership – India Program.

Many Congratulations to the 1st Batch of Women Leaders who gained precious insights & perspective and walked away with tools & resources to enhance their leadership journey.

The carefully curated cohort comprised of Women Leaders from India's largest Diversified Conglomerates, Private Equity & Consulting Firms, Global Corporations, and Entrepreneurial Ventures.

A spectrum of functional expertise across Business Management, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Technology & Product Engineering, and Plant Management.

Academic Director and Wharton School Deputy Dean Nancy Rothbard explains how Women’s Executive Leadership focuses on both leadership development and business acumen.
